J.Roller Development in collaboration with JKRP Architects had masterfully combined elements of modern design and classic architecture to create a stylish signature language for LIV: from European style Tilt & Turn aluminum windows produced by Mega Supply Pro’s sister company Vetrina Windows, to innovative design-driven bathroom fittings and kitchen appliances, complemented by contemporary lighting solutions, smart home systems, and natural stone countertops and backsplashes.
LIV Condominiums is a boutique, 9-residence new-construction development in Queen Village that was intentionally designed to feel “family-sized” instead of micro-unit densification, with most homes offering 3+ bedrooms.
The building blends into the neighborhood with a red-brick facade and black-trim detailing, while adding the modern conveniences buyers expect in this segment, including an elevator, a rear parking area with deeded spaces, and private outdoor space like roof decks in select layouts.
Mega Supply Pro supported the project as an integrated finishes and fixtures supplier, helping the developer streamline procurement and logistics through a single source.
In the bathrooms, the same “no-compromises” approach shows up in the materials and fixture brands: quartz tile wainscoting, a quartz-tile shower, and an oversized rain shower head are specifically noted in the Philly Mag tour, along with layouts that include dual vanities in a hall bath upstairs.
Mega Supply Pro’s procurement team had supplied TOTO and Hansgrohe bath fixtures and coordinated items such as LED-illuminated mirrors, vanity cabinets, and shower doors/enclosures, all supplied as part of a single, controlled package.
To round out the interior spec, Mega Supply Pro brought Brazilian Oak hardwood flooring, European-style Vetrina tilt-and-turn windows, and smart home technology, underscoring a cohesive, design-forward materials story beyond kitchens and baths.
